ceo86 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all use of the ceo86 website, mobile-optimised platform, and any associated services made available at ceo86.io (collectively, "the Platform"). Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By clicking "Login", completing account registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any market available on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You are at least 21 years of age;

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ceo86, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ceo86 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, at the point of withdrawal, and at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team.
• Identity: You must be a real, natural person. Corporate accounts, trust accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ceo86. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ceo86 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ceo86 does not accept liability for any player who uses the Platform in contravention of local laws.

ceo86 applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access betting markets, casino games, and wallet functionality on ceo86, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to notify ceo86 immediately of any changes to the information you provided at registration.

During registration and ongoing account use, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password);
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account using your credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you;
• Notifying ceo86 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ceo86 strongly recommends that all players enable two-step login verification on their accounts. The Platform applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all login sessions and data transmissions to protect account credentials and personal information.

ceo86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate registration information is discovered, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the player has breached any provision of these Terms. In the event of account closure for breach, ceo86 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ceo86 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ceo86 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits are credited to your ceo86 wallet balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ceo86 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times beyond the Platform's control.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. ceo86 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual in amount, frequency, or destination.

Any funds deposited on ceo86 that remain inactive (no betting or gaming activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ceo86 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 to dormant balances after the 12-month inactivity period has elapsed, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before the dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ceo86 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL match weeks, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to the Bangladesh market.

All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. General bonus rules that apply platform-wide include the following:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation.
• ceo86 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, stake manipulation, or other prohibited conduct.
• Real-money funds in a player's wallet are used before bonus funds in all wagering situations unless otherwise stated.
• ceo86 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules & Void Markets

ceo86 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general betting rules apply to all markets on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ceo86 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets unless the market in question is declared void by the Platform.
• A market will be declared void and all stakes returned at the original odds if: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; the event outcome cannot be determined; or an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified by ceo86's trading team prior to settlement.
• In-play (live) markets are subject to a brief delay between the occurrence of an event and its reflection in the betting markets. ceo86 does not accept liability for bets placed with the benefit of real-time information not yet incorporated in the live odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement. ceo86 reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at its discretion.
• All markets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). ceo86's settlement decision is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ceo86 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, filing false chargebacks with your payment provider, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly when combined with bonus exploitation.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit Platform features.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino table games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged outcomes, or participating in any arrangement intended to corrupt the integrity of a sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using the ceo86 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ceo86 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, operating an account on behalf of another person, or submitting false KYC documentation.

8 Responsible Gaming

ceo86 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled betting environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If at any point gambling begins to negatively affect your finances, mental health, relationships, or daily life, ceo86 strongly encourages you to use one or more of the following responsible gaming tools available from your account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any Platform Content without prior written consent from ceo86;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion of it on any other website or application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to ceo86 for distribution on the Platform. Use of such content is subject to the relevant provider's terms in addition to these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ceo86 excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed on the Platform;
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance resulting from system downtime, technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events;
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or banking institutions);
• Decisions made by you based on information, odds, or market data displayed on the Platform;
• Interruption to live betting markets during cricket matches, BPL fixtures, IPL games, or any other sporting event due to data feed failures or connectivity issues.

ceo86 makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. ceo86 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance downtime in advance. In the event of unplanned outages, ceo86's liability shall be limited to the return of any stake placed on a market that was rendered void as a direct result of the outage.

11 Amendments to Terms

ceo86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

Your continued use of the ceo86 Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

In circumstances where a material change to these Terms significantly affects player rights — for example, changes to withdrawal fees, dormancy policies, or self-exclusion procedures — ceo86 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the ceo86 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

ceo86 operates as an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market and serves players who transact in ৳ BDT via Bangladeshi payment providers. Where conflicts arise between these Terms and any translated version of this document, the English-language version shall prevail.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
